Yoga classes are designed for people who wish to relax and live healthier.  A mixture of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga are taught in the class customised to the students’ ability.

The lessons attempt to balance mind and body via physical postures, purification practices, controlled breathing, and the calming of the mind through relaxation.  These lessons will also try to synchronize breath and movement through a set series of postures.

With correct practice and determined effort, the students can experience a wide range of the Health Benefits such as reduce the impact of stress, improve body strength and flexibility, and greater sense of clarity and concentration, etc.  Ultimately, this will help the students their goal of having a healthier life.
